4. Registration and Payment

Registration for classes is subject to availability. Payment must be made according to the School's current fee schedule. No refunds will be issued for missed classes. The School reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to non-payment of fees or disruptive behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Cesavyi.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and choreography, is the property of the School or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any materials from the website or classes without express written permission from the School.

Photographs and videos taken during School performances, classes, or events may be used by the School for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

6. Liability Limitations

Dance activities involve inherent risks. The School takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, but cannot eliminate all risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree that:

• The School is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes, performances, or while on School premises, except in cases of gross negligence
• The School is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property
• The School's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• The School is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from participation in our programs

7. Service Limitations

The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. The School will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any changes and to offer makeup classes or appropriate alternatives when possible.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through:
